Artistic Director, Rattlestick Playwrights Theatre, April 2016 – May 2023
Direct all artistic, strategic, and financial activities for the 28-year old theater company with $1.5 million dollar budget located in the West Village, www.rattlestick.org. Select all core artists and productions, develop and work with the Board on the company’s strategic priorities, oversee 5 full-time staff and 5 part-time employees and over 10-20 artists on a continual basis, raise funds to support the work and renovate the theater, and develop core community partnerships.
Founder/Director of LIVES FILMS
Lives Films is a boutique video memoir company, designed to amplify the stories of those in their 70s, 80s, and 90s. Developed an active client base, staffed videographers, editors and sound engineers to film the work. Conduct interviews and oversee the editing process for over 12 films. www.livesfilms.com

Artistic Program Director and Managing Director, Lark Play Development Center, 2004-2008
Oversaw the artistic programs of this leading development center. Created new initiatives to support the development process and partnerships with several producing and development centers. Managed the finances, fundraising, board development, and staffing needs for the $700,000 company.
New Works Program Director, National Alliance for Musical Theatre, 2000-2004
Produced the Annual Festival of New Musicals in NYC attended by thousands of theater producers and presenters from around the country.
